A Note on Truth, Authority, and Our Path Forward

A Note on Truth, Authority, and Our Path Forward

Dr. SW

8/21/25

The Apostolic Institute of Daemonopsychology was founded with a single, uncompromising mission: to provide a map out of the spiritual wilderness for those abandoned by modern systems. Our foundational work, Exorcise Your Mind, is not a book for the comfortable. It was not written for Catholic bookstores or for those who are content with the status quo.

It was written for the seeker, the skeptic, and the spiritually afflicted—for those who have tried therapy, self-help, and even the Church, and have come away empty. It is a "stepping stone," a bridge between where you are and the profound, healing truth of Christ. This work is a testament that the path to God is not always found in the "sit, stand, kneel" of comfortable religion, but in a direct, sober, and sometimes brutal confrontation with the realities of the soul.

The Predictable Judgment of the Institution

In the spirit of integrity, we submitted Exorcise Your Mind to the Diocese of St. Petersburg for ecclesiastical review. We did this not because the work needs a stamp of approval to be true, but to be transparent in our fidelity to the Church.

The manuscript was subsequently rejected for review.

Crucially, the Censor made no claim that the work contained any doctrinal error. In fact, the rejection was based on a cursory glance, not a deep reading. The decision was made based on procedural gatekeeping: the author's lack of formal credentials, the self-published nature of the work, and the confrontational title.

This outcome, while disappointing, was not surprising. It is the predictable response of any large institution when confronted with a work that is raw, unfiltered, and born from outside its established channels. The rejection was not a theological judgment; it was an administrative one.

For the audience this book is truly for, this rejection is not a red flag; it is a validation.

It proves that Exorcise Your Mind is not just another piece of sanitized religious material. It is something different. Something more primal. It is a work that refuses to soften its language or dilute its message to be more palatable to a committee.

Our mission is not to comfort the institution, but to provide a lifeline to the souls it is failing to reach. The truths in this book—about spiritual warfare, the mechanics of trauma, and the path to healing personality disorders—are too urgent to be toned down for the sake of public relations. We make no apologies for this.

Truth Over Approval

Our work stands on its own merits. Its authority comes not from an institutional seal, but from the coherence of its system and its effectiveness in the field. It is a diagnostic tool for the soul, and its truth is proven by its fruit.

We did not write this book to please gatekeepers. We wrote it for the person who has been told their narcissistic parent will never change. For the seeker who has been burned by New Age charlatans. For the soul who knows, deep down, that their anxiety is not just a chemical imbalance, but a spiritual affliction.

We invite you to judge this work for yourself. The path to healing is not always comfortable or approved by the establishment. Often, it begins in the wilderness.
